Student Conference @ UBU 2011

 

On Saturday the 29th of October, students participated in the Students' Conference @ UBU by taking part in a series of officer- and student-led forums, debating and voting on motions during the decision-making session and by sticking around to find out the results of the Union Officer Elections.

The purpose of the Students’ Conference @ UBU is to re-energise your students’ union to fight and tackle the issues that affect you! We’re making sure every decision and campaign we run has student interests and voices at its heart.  Look below for details of the motions that were debated - the results of the decision-making session (which motions passed or failed), the official minutes of the session, and the details of all the topics discussed in the forums will be posted shortly so watch this space!
