Demand Energy Equality – DIY solar skills in the community: training and volunteering opportunity.
Demand Energy Equality is a new initiative set up by Bristol PhD student Dan Quiggin. It addresses energy inequality now and into the future by training low income households to build their own affordable solar PV systems.
In collaboration with UBU, Demand Energy Equality is offering six students the opportunity to gain the skills needed to build a DIY solar system, and share those skills with low income households and community groups across Bristol.
