Staying Healthy at University

Bristol University is part of the Healthy Universities Network, a growing group of higher education institutions in the UK that realise the importance of how a healthy lifestyle can benefit both students and staffs' day-to-day living.

UBU: Sport and Health is dedicated to providing as much information and opportunities for everyone to lead a active lifestyle whilst at Bristol. We believe that keeping fit and healthy should be considered a essential part of your daily routine and can have a direct impact on your studies and how you cope with the stress and strain of university life.

We're advised to spend at least 30 minutes on 5 or more days of the week participating in moderately intense activities. UBU: Sport and Health continuously strives to develop and offer new and exciting healthy lifestyle initiatives and opportunities for the student population.
