The Athletic Union
The AU is made up of 55 successful sports clubs, the majority of which enter teams into BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport) leagues and championships which are the inter-university sports competitions.

Intramural Sports
UBU Sport also runs a hugely successful intramural sports programme which is also open to all students. With a variety of sports, teams are entered by Halls or Departments, or as groups of friends, in the wide variety of leagues and tournaments that take place throughout the year.
