The University of Bristol has one of the most successful student Yoga societies in the country. It is taught by our experienced teacher, Nathalie Blondel, in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The twice weekly sessions are designed to increase flexibility, tone and promote mental relaxation through stretching and breathing exercises according to the Iyengar yoga tradition. Come and learn the poses to get you through your exams! Sessions are held at the Students' Union on Monday and Wednesday, 5.30pm-7.00pm.
