If you're in a position of responsibility within a union-run or endorsed activity then you can now qualify for our new Officer Development Award (ODA). The award aims to develop officers, course reps, and club and society officers into truly awesome individuals! The award will be open to about 30 participants with sufficient levels of involvement. The award consists of 3 fixed and 3 optional training sessions run by the Student Development Unit alongside Price Waterhouse Coopers. It also features a reflective process to help officers identify their strengths and weaknesses, target objectives, and develop a wealth of knowledge and experience. This award helps you build on the skills which graduate recruiters are looking for, helping you make the most of your time at university.
