Some of you will already have had exams and have been revising for weeks, or even months, others of you will have no exams (lucky you!), and others will only just be getting to that stage in earnest now.
UBU is running the Revise campaign to try and help you through what can be a difficult and stressful time.
For tips and info to help you revise better, check out the Revise website www.ubu.org.uk/revise and look out for the ‘exam survival kit’ goody bags over the next couple of weeks.
But it’s important not to just focus on revision technique, you need to get the right balance and maintain a healthy lifestyle to help minimise stress and so ensure that you’re working at your very best.

Remember, if you need help or advice during the exam season (or any other time!) the UBU welfare team is there to support you. The Just Ask Centre is situated on the 4th Floor of the union, or head to the just ask page to contact your welfare advisors.
Also, Nightline offers a listening and information service every term-time evening between 8pm and 8am. Their number is on the back of your student card.

The skills associated with successful studying, and managing exams, are not innate but all skills can be learnt, practised, and developed. There's lots of information on this website but also the Student Development Unit provide some study skills training courses which you may find useful.
