University of Bristol Expeditions Society (UBES)

If you love the great outdoors, learning new skills and meeting like minded people, then the Expeditions Society is for you. We run trips around the UK to places such as Snowdonia every other weekend for walking, scrambling and climbing. There is also the annual Scotland trip at Christmas and the summer expeditions which in the last few years has taken us to Sweden, the Pyrenees, Norway, Corsica the Slovenian and French Alps. Climbing sessions are run every Wednesday indoors or out, followed by the pub. No experience is necessary and you can get involved with it as much as you want to/are able to, so if you fancy seeing more of the world come and join us.
