The National Union of Students (NUS) Awards 2012 finalists have been announced and the University of Bristol Students' Union would like to congratulate its three nominess:

Epigram Editor (and Vice President-elect for Education) Tom Flynn, up for Student Journalist of the Year

UBU's Education and Representation Manager Ryan Bird, up for Staff Member of the Year
The NUS Awards will take place at the Students' Union 2012 conference in Exeter on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th July.
