Hello Ls, Gs, Bs and Ts,

As it’s just over a week until the new term starts I wanted to say a big welcome back from the LGBTsoc committee.

We hope you’ve had an amazing summer and are looking forwards to the coming academic year.

We’ve got some really good events planned for the next term, with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic days and nights out, so there should be something for everyone!

If there’s anything in particular that you would like the society to run then just let a committee member know.

Our first event of the term is one which is just for returning members, sorry Freshers. It’s on Thursday 1st October and we will be in The Pineapple from 9pm and The Shilling around 11pm. It will be a great way to catch up with everyone that you’ve missed over the summer so we hope to see you there!

Remember that you need to re-join the society in order to be a member for the coming year so come and visit our stall at the Freshers’ Fair on the 1st and the 2nd or re-sign up at an event. You will be able to collect our amazing new handbook and an events calendar at the Freshers’ Fair.
