Hello all,

Just a quick reminder than nominations for the Freshers’ Rep open on 19th October at 9am!

In order to nominate yourself for Freshers’ Rep you need to submit a manifesto of around 250 words to Simon on sa8130@bristol.ac.uk.

The manifesto should include a photo of yourself, your aims as Freshers’ Rep, why you would make a good rep, and anything else that you think is relevant.

As I have said before, it’s a really important position and also a lot of fun. The more nominations we have, the better.

Nominations close on Thursday evening and voting begins on Friday.

Manifestos will be put up on the society website: www.gayinbristol.com on Thursday evening and then everybody who is running can start campaigning for people to vote for them!

Until voting opens can candidates refrain from creating Facebook groups etc. please.

Additionally, a reminder that Inter-University Bar Crawl tickets are being sold today between 12-2pm in Starbucks in Borders on the Triangle. Make sure you buy your tickets quickly because it’s like to sell out!
