Societies Executive

 

What does it do?

The Societies Exec is an elected committee that oversees UBU's Societies alongside the VP Activities.  Its purpose is to:

• Coordinate, support and develop Society activity
• Consider applications to create new Societies
• Allocate Society grants

Who's part of it?

The committee is elected annually by Society committee leaders and is made up of 10 elected students as well as the VP Activities and the Student Activities Administrator.  Make sure you get to know your Society Rep - each one is responsible for a group of societies and they'll be on hand to help you throughout the year.  The committee members are:
