Deflections (Civil Engineering)

Welcome to the shiny new Union site for Deflections, the University of Bristol's Civil Engineering Society. 

Please bear with us as we set this page up, as we've only just been given access, but for now content yourself with the knowledge that this year Deflections will be providing:

• Talks from leading engineering companies, including our sponsors, Capita Symonds
• Site visits in and around Bristol
• A parenting scheme to get civil engineers from different year groups to know each other, and offer advice to freshers
• Socials, including with other societies
• A textbook sale which will be free to use for both buyers and sellers - we're looking at doing this on this very website! 
• Free lunches
• Hoodies with inevitably hilarious slogans

and hopefully loads more.
