Big Band Society

The Big Band Society consits of two bands: Hornstars, our auditioned group, and Bristol University Jazz Orchestra (BUJO), our non-auditioned ensemble. We perform swing, funk and Latin numbers at regular gigs throughout the year. This summer both bands went on tour to Italy a truly epic tour (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGMnb8i2NPk)! The best news is that the membership is free!

Audition have taken place for the Hornstars now but we welcome members to BUJO all year round. To join the society please email technical@bristolhornstars.co.uk with your: Name, Email, Student Number, Instrument, Phone Number. Please do not use the MSL system to join the society as you may be missed out.
