Introductory Meetings – A guide about what to ask and what to say to new volunteers
Blank Risk Assessment – Fill one of these out at the beginning of the year for your project, and for each trip (if it’s to a different place).
Managing Your Budget – Some basic advice on budgetting, sponsorship, paying in/claiming money and legal advice
Blank Handover Document – Fill one of these in by the end of the year, in order to give next year’s project co-ordinator an idea of what to expect.
