Trip Registration

 

All trips must be registered with the UBU by filling in the Trip Registration form and emailing it to ubu-trips@bristol.ac.uk.  Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action being taken and sanctions being imposed on individuals and the society/sports club.

The following deadlines are applicable to all trips:

 

Trips within the UK:

• Trip registration: 5 working days before departure
• Participants list: 1 working day before departure

Trips abroad:

• Trip registration: 1 month before departure
• Participants list: 1 week before departure
